At Fancy Free Farms, we are dedicated to providing nothing less than professional work for our customers, ensuring every product is made with the utmost care and attention to detail. The inspiration behind Fancy Free Farms comes from a dream my late mother had. She always dreamed of opening her own little tea shop, something to leave behind for my sister and me. Sadly, cancer took her from us too soon, but I’ve made it my mission to carry on her legacy in some small way by starting this business. It’s my way of honoring her memory while also supporting my family.

As someone with very sensitive skin and eczema, I struggled for years to find quality products that wouldn’t irritate my skin. Most commercial options would upset my skin, leaving me frustrated and searching for something better. That’s when I decided to take matters into my own hands. I began researching how to make my own skincare products, experimenting with natural ingredients that were gentle and nourishing.

What started as a personal need quickly turned into a passion for creating high-quality, handcrafted items that are kind to sensitive skin. At Fancy Free Farms, every product is crafted with care using ethically sourced ingredients, many of which are locally grown. My goal is to provide others with the same relief and satisfaction that I found through making my own products—gentle, effective, and reasonably priced.

My younger sister, Marissa, who has Down syndrome, is a huge part of this journey. If you’ve ever met her, you know she has a way of bringing the biggest smile to your face! She may not say much, but she always lets you know how she feels, and her joy is contagious. I work tirelessly to ensure she has everything she needs, which is one of the driving forces behind starting this business. My hope is that one day, Fancy Free Farms will be a thriving venture that will support both Marissa and me for years to come.
