Custom Orders

 We’re happy to offer customization options to better suit your needs. If you have allergies or sensitivities, we can adjust certain ingredients in many of our products to create something that works for you. Please note that not all ingredients can be substituted, as some are essential to the product’s performance and safety.

Custom orders are made with extra care and attention, so production times will vary depending on the product. Most custom items require a minimum of 1–6 weeks to complete. If your request requires ingredients we don’t regularly stock, please allow for an additional 2 weeks for sourcing and preparation. 

Because of the extra time, sourcing, and formulation involved, custom orders may require a price adjustment. Final pricing will depend on the specific changes requested, ingredient availability, and overall complexity of the order. Please check out the Ingredients page under the Learn tab for ingredients we regularly stock. 

If an ingredient listed below is highlighted with a link, it may be eligible for customization. In many cases, we can substitute, remove, add or adjust that ingredient to better suit your needs.

Goat's Milk Soap

    Almond Oil
    Palm Oil
    Palm Kernal Flakes
    Sodium Hydroxide
    Mango Seed Butter
    Cocoa Butter
    Soybean Wax
    Avocado Oil
    Castor Oil

*Minimum order of 5 bars
**Due to the nature of soap formulation, certain base ingredients cannot be substituted. These core components are essential to ensure proper saponification, stability, and overall quality of the final product

  • *Minimum order of (2) 8 oz Bottles or any combination of 16 oz total of regular and travel sized bottles (ie 1 regular bottle and 4 travel bottles)
    **Oils can be fully switched out or new oils added in to existing recipe

**If you need to substitute an herbal infused oil for another type of oil, please allow up to 6-8 additional weeks to allow for infusions to be made
