Welcome to Fancy Free Farms. These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through the Fancy Free Farms website and online store. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Fancy Free Farms
Fancy Free Farms LLC creates and sells handcrafted products, including soaps, bath and body products, hair-care products, candles, wax melts, salves, accessories, and other small-batch goods.
Because our products are handcrafted, individual products may have slight variations in appearance, color, texture, scent, or finish. These variations are a normal characteristic of handmade products and are not necessarily defects.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, scents, sizes, ingredients, and other product information are accurate.

3. Product Ingredients & Personal Use
Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients and determining whether a product is appropriate for their individual needs.
If you have allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, are pregnant or nursing, take medications, or have other health concerns, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using products when appropriate.
Products intended for external or personal use should be used only as directed.
Fancy Free Farms products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
4. Orders
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is not considered accepted until Fancy Free Farms confirms the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving:
- Product availability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Payment problems
- Other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund.
5. Pricing & Taxes
Prices displayed on the website are in U.S. dollars.
Applicable sales taxes are calculated according to the applicable tax rules for the customer's order.
Fancy Free Farms reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping options and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout.
Our standard shipping information is also displayed on applicable product pages.
Estimated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of circumstances outside Fancy Free Farms' control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier-related delays are outside our control.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

8. Custom & Special-Order Products
Custom and special-order products are made specifically for the customer and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except when the product arrives damaged or defective or Fancy Free Farms sends the wrong product.
Custom products may require additional production time. Depending on the product and the work required, production may take approximately 1–8 weeks.
We will communicate applicable production timelines when appropriate.
9. Final Sale & Clearance Products
Products identified as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange except when the product arrives damaged or defective or Fancy Free Farms sends the wrong product.
10. Handmade & Small-Batch Products
Fancy Free Farms products are handmade and produced in small batches.
Because of this, reasonable variations between batches may occur. This may include differences in:
- Color
- Texture
- Shape
- Scent intensity
- Natural ingredient appearance
These variations do not necessarily indicate a defective product.
11. Product Availability
We make products in small batches and some products, scents, and seasonal collections are available only while supplies last.
Seasonal products may be discontinued or retired when a collection ends.
We do not guarantee that a particular product, scent, or seasonal item will remain available.
12. Intellectual Property
The Fancy Free Farms name, logo, photographs, product descriptions, website content, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or used by Fancy Free Farms LLC with appropriate permission.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

You agree to use the Fancy Free Farms website for lawful purposes.
You may not use the website to:
