Fancy Free Farms Return & Refund Policy

At Fancy Free Farms, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return and refund policy beginning on the date of purchase.

General Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, store credit, or an eligible exchange.

To be eligible:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from Fancy Free Farms.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products may be opened and used unless they are personal-care products, as described below.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an eligible product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Fancy Free Farms is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned.

Personal-Care Products

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, personal-care products that have been used cannot be returned for a refund.

Personal-care products that have been opened but not used may be returned in accordance with this policy.

If a personal-care product has been used, it may be exchanged for a similar product.

For example, an 8 oz lotion may be exchanged for another 8 oz lotion. Exchanges are intended for comparable products rather than a different product category.

Personal-care products include, but are not limited to:

  • Goat's milk soap
  • Shampoo bars
  • Conditioner bars
  • Shaving products
  • Salves
  • Lip balm
  • Beard oils
  • Perfumes and colognes
  • Other products intended for direct personal use

If a personal-care product causes an issue or is not suitable for you, please contact us so we can work with you on an appropriate exchange.

Candles & Wax Melts

Candles and wax melts may be returned within 30 days of purchase, including opened or used products, provided they are otherwise eligible under this policy.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise unusable, please contact Fancy Free Farms as soon as possible.

Depending on the circumstances, we will provide a:

  • Replacement,
  • Refund, or
  • Store credit.

Fancy Free Farms will cover the shipping cost of sending a replacement product.

Photos of the product and packaging may be requested to help us resolve the issue.

Incorrect Items

If we accidentally send you the wrong product, please contact us.

We will correct the error and cover the shipping cost of sending the correct replacement to you.

Return Shipping

For returns that are not the result of a Fancy Free Farms error or a damaged/defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

When a replacement is required because of a Fancy Free Farms error or a damaged/defective product, Fancy Free Farms covers the replacement shipping cost.

Refunds & Store Credit

Approved returns may be resolved through:

  • A refund to the original payment method, or
  • Fancy Free Farms store credit.

Refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned product is received and the return has been approved.

For custom orders requiring a new product to be made as part of an approved resolution, processing may take longer depending on the product and production requirements. Custom product creation may take approximately 1–8 weeks.

Final Sale & Clearance Products

Final sale and clearance products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except when the product arrives damaged or defective or Fancy Free Farms sends the wrong product.

Custom & Special-Order Products

Custom and special-order products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except when the product arrives damaged or defective or Fancy Free Farms sends the wrong product.

If a replacement custom product must be made because of a defect or an error on our part, production may take approximately 1–8 weeks, depending on the product.

How to Start a Return

Please contact Fancy Free Farms before sending a product back.

Please provide:

  • Your name
  • Order number or purchase information
  • The product you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos, when applicable

We will provide return instructions and, when appropriate, the return shipping address.
